As the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, we are committed to protecting your privacy. The International Church of the Foursquare Gospel recognizes the privacy concerns of users of ICFG Online and the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected from them. Likewise, please contact your District with any information updates and changes. This form should be submitted by the Senior Pastor or Church Administrator of the Foursquare Church requesting these changes only.

The International Church of the Foursquare Gospel grants a non-exclusive license to official Foursquare churches to use the ICFG and Foursquare logo and artwork for affiliation and promotional purposes only. The use of the ICFG and Foursquare logo for commercial purposes, or for use for any other event or purpose is not authorized.
