Please Note
- Group rate applies to registrants of 10+ from same church. All registrations must be received at the same time to qualify for group rates.
- Foursquare ministers attending must have current credentials and licenses to have voting privileges.
- Each chartered church may have one voting delegate for each 50 members or fraction thereof.
- Voting delegates' registrations require the pastor's signature or a letter from the pastor.
- Non-voting delegates shall have all privileges except voting in the corporate business sessions.
- Childcare is available. Register by May 6, 2008.
Registration Includes
- Access to all workshops, general sessions and exhibit hall.
- Breakfast is included with every convention registration (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). A voucher will be provided with your registration.
- Foursquare convention welcome bag.

Group Registration Discount
Register 10+ people from the same church and receive a group discount rate! To qualify for the group discount, all registrants must mail their registration form in one packet submitted at the same time to the registrar. A separate form must be submitted for each registrant with payment information, via U.S mail. Register by May 6, 2008.
